Can I order by phone?

We only take orders through our website. Situations may occur, where ordering through email is required, if our associates deem it necessary. If you have any questions on ordering, please contact us.

 

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit card company (VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, DINERS CLUB, JCB) transactions through Authorize.net or Paypal. (International transaction included). Do you restock items that are sold out?

We do not restock sold out items in order to keep our selections fresh and up to date on the latest styles. However, there are rare occasions where we may receive more shipment on popular items.

 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

As long as your order is still in the processing stage, you may contact customer service to cancel your order. We advise you do this ASAP for timing may conflict, and your items may be shipped.

What kind of shipping options do you offer?

We offer standard shipping and it usually takes anywhere from 4-7 business days depends on locations.

 

How do I track my package after it ships?

You can track your package with the number through the USPS website. Please allow 24 hours for information to be updated on your tracking number.
